The Horse Shop is committed to providing quality products supplied to our customers. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with any new product supplied by The Horse Shop, please return it to us in original condition within 5 days of receipt and The Horse Shop will replace it or if replacement is not availale, refund your purchase price using the original payment method.

Our usual returns policy does not apply to pre-loved items unless prior arrangement made for a trial or to personalised / bespoke products.

 

How to return

  • Contact us by phone or email to advise that you wish to return the product
  • You can return within 5 days of receipt of order
  • The items must be in original condition with packaging and swing tags still attached

Note: Unfortunately, your postage charges on returns are not refundable.

Tracking/estimated delivery times

Most orders received before 12pm are shipped the same business day. However, when trying to figure out the expected arrival date for your order, be sure to add 1 business day for processing of the order to the estimated shipping times below.

 

Shipping times
Deliveries are made Monday through Friday only. Most orders received by us before 12.00pm NZ Time are shipped the same business day. Please note that a very small number of orders require extra processing time for various reasons.

If you have ordered an item that is out-of-stock or sold-out, we will attempt to contact you immediately. Please understand that a delay may also occur if your credit card was declined or for address verification if your billing address was entered incorrectly.

PLEASE NOTE: Rural and some residential areas may require an additional day(s) delivery time. International orders are shipped twice a week only.
